The amount of the original before the spin column is 50 mm. After spinning, the lower layer of the capillary cells of 20 mm and the upper layer of plasma is 30 mm. What is the hematocrit value of patients?

This is the old, old way of determining value. This will sound funny, but everything you need to do is the part of the centrifuge tube after spinning them red as a percentage of the total. In this case, you simply divide 20mm/50mm x 100%, so 40%.

Oh, and not on this issue, remember to deduct the portion of the sample, which is the layer) of leukocytes (white blood cells, because it contains cells, but not heme.
